By purchasing an animal from Razor Sharp Reptiles (RSR) the buyer agrees to the following:

Acceptable Payments

PayPal and Postal Money Orders (money orders via financial institutions take too long to clear, therefore will not be accepted)

RSR Guarantee

All animals are guaranteed healthy at time of shipment. In order for a live arrival guaranteed, buyer or selected agent must be present to sign for the delivery on the first attempt. Should an animal arrive deceased, it is the buyer’s responsibility to notify RSR within 3 hours of delivery. For this guarantee to be valid, digital photos will be required of the deceased animal and must be emailed to RSR within 24 hours of delivery. RSR will either replace the animal if possible or issue a refund. All animals have a 72 hour health guarantee, as long as the proper quarantine is maintained and proper husbandry is followed regarding temps, lighting, housing, etc. The high and low temperature range for the day must be above 40 and below 88 degrees unless and agreement is made. If you pay with PayPal, your order will be shipped to your confirmed address listed on your PayPal account to qualify for the live arrival guarantee. RSR will ship to a different address upon request, but this voids live arrival guarantee.

Conditions

Seller reserves the right to refuse to sell any animal, to anyone, for any reason as necessary to protect the well-being of the animals. Gender of animals is not guaranteed until after the animals are four months old (excluding snakes). Exchanged are made purely at the discretion of the seller on a case by case basis.
